What if we stop saying YES to things we don't want to do?

What if we stop saying YES to things we don’t want to do?

My not-self mind’s answer:

  • I won’t be loved

  • I’ll let people down

  • I’ll be considered selfish

  • I’ll experience FOMO (fear of missing out)

  • I’ll be rejected by society and will be isolated and unsafe

  • I’ll be vulnerable to criticism

My highest self’s answer from an auric perspective:

  • I’ll be less likely to burn out

  • I’ll make time for the things I DO want to do

  • I’ll have ENERGY for the things I want to do

  • I’ll connect further to my inner authority

  • My individual authenticity will have space to shine through

  • I will become more magnetic

  • I’ll live more in alignment with my aura and experience more flow

  • My ~vibration~ will be higher

I’m definitely still learning this one; I’m still deconditioning from people-pleasing behaviors, but I’m getting closer, and am becoming more aware of the fear-based narrative in my mind!

I invite you to think about what will happen to you if you stop saying yes to things you don’t want to do. Which answers are coming from your mind, and which answers are coming from your highest self?
